CANCELLATION POLICY

ZORÉ STUDIO APPOINTMENT POLICIES BOOKING POLICY A deposit is required to reserve your appointment. Your appointment time is specifically held for you, and deposits will be applied toward your service balance. By booking an appointment with Zoré Studio, you agree to the following policies. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY Your time is valuable, and so is mine. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% service fee. • Same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in a 100% service fee. • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one time if proper notice is given. • Clients who repeatedly cancel or no-show may be required to pay in full before booking future appointments. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY Please arrive on time so your service can be completed properly. • A 10-minute grace period is provided. • After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will be added to your appointment. • Arrivals 15+ minutes late may need to be rescheduled to protect the quality of your service and the next client’s appointment. • If your service is shortened due to lateness, the full appointment price remains due. GUEST POLICY To maintain a calm and professional environment, please arrive alone unless a guest is necessary. SERVICE GUARANTEE Your satisfaction is important to me.
